Stewardship
Stewardship is a specialized leadership role guided entirely by an exclusive commitment to the principles and practices of Scientific Justice. There are some defining elements that are similar to the role of Leadership, but the exceptions constitute a fundamental difference. Leaders that aren't fully committed to Justice are, by default, committed to serving Power even if they are not aware of that consequence.
