justice:universality

This is an old revision of the document!

Universality

This simple principle indicates that Justice pertains to all Entities (Agents, etc.) equally, at all times. Any exceptions (applied to self or others) inherently violates this principle.

All theories of action based on “identity” directly violate this principle. They are therefore illegitimate actions for an optimal political system. Some common violations.

Identity Politics
Prejudicial (non-equal) Discrimination
Selective Enforcement
Pardons

Note: The common legal axiom “separate is inherently unequal” is a logical fallacy often inadvertently encoded into Law, which in itself directly violates the principles of Individual Freedoms (human rights).
